USA: Please allow up to 2-3 weeks after your order is confirmed. If product does not arrive within the timeframe, please send an email to email@example.com.
CANADA: Please allow 2-4 weeks after your order is confirmed. If product does not arrive within the timeframe, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you wish to return your item, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The refund will be sent back to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. If refund is not received after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
At this moment, all sales are FINAL. Since we are currently at our soft launch phase, we are currently not accepting returns. Thank you for your patience.
For incorrect or damaged items received, a full refund will be provided including the original cost of shipping. Proof of incorrect/damaged item(s) must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. Items are subject for review before the refund is placed.
